For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you received the goods from us, or 30 days if the item has developed a fault.

This does not apply to items: preordered, made to order, customised, prototypes etc.

Items sold as used, defective, untested or clearance/discounted items are non returnable unless they are not as described.
 

The item must be returned complete and in unused condition.
 

To exercise the right to cancel email us at sales@xmanturbos.com with your order number.

It is important that you include a note with your details and order number with the returned items.

You must send the goods back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order. We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.

Note, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard UK delivery your way only (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, deliveries to remote or international locations etc.)
 

All international returns must be marked as “return item” on customs invoice and value for customs purposes must be declared as 0. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the parcel or deduct the incurred customs/import fees/duties from the refund amount.
 

Items that are returned used, incomplete, damaged or sent without prior notice will be processed on an individual basis and the refunded amount (if any) will be within our discretion.

Returns of defective items.

 

In the unlikely event of an item developing a fault within the first 30 days of receiving it you have the right to return it for full refund, exchange (subject to stock levels at the time) or repair.

Items sold as: old stock, defective, untested are excluded.

For custom made to order items repair will be offered and if the repair attempt is unsuccessful only then refund will be issued.

After 30 days only exchange or repair will be offered.

No refunds will be processed under any circumstances prior to the item being returned and inspected by XMan Turbos!

OUR LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your purchase is made or your order is accepted.

Despite the limitations in paragraphs above, we do not in any way limit our liability to you for death, personal injury or fraud. 

Where you buy as a consumer, these general terms and conditions and the returns policy will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded.
